Yes. Additional users can be added at any time at €200/user/month on both Team and Scale. If your team consistently exceeds the included user count, upgrading to the next tier gives you better per-user economics.
Every plan includes AI capacity sized to your tier. If your team needs more during high-volume or complex response cycles, Team and Scale can top up at €50 per 1,000 credits, pay as you go. Enterprise plans include custom AI allocation sized to your needs.
Team and Scale include a free trial, no credit card required. We kick it off with a short intake call with our solution engineers followed by a 1-hour onboarding, so you can get the most out of the trial and evaluate with real projects from day one.
Every plan includes onboarding: data upload, platform configuration, and team training. Enterprise includes dedicated onboarding with a named success manager and custom workflow setup.
